Seats, companies and shops are quantities and are priced in your quote. The rest are here because they are part of the bill even when they are free.

Preparing a return costs nothing wherever you have the GST module — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, CMP-08, the GSTR-2B reconciliation and the DRC-01B/C checks, with no allowance and no per-return charge. The module starts at Starter; Solo raises GST-compliant invoices but does not build returns. You only pay when you file to the portal.

Metered in credits, and the numbers come straight from the rate card: a GSTR-1 is 80 credits and a GSTR-3B is 30, so one registration costs 110 credits a month. Every plan comes with a monthly credit balance that filing and AI both draw on, unused credits roll over for three months, and packs bring the price down the more you file. Nothing is bundled per tier — you buy what you file.
- e-invoicing (IRN) & e-way billsMetered
Each e-invoice or e-way bill is 2 credits from the same wallet — priced well under a return, because it is one document in and one number out. Bring your own e-invoice provider account instead and you pay them directly.
- WhatsApp BusinessYou pay the provider
Connect your own WhatsApp number and Meta bills you for conversations directly. We add nothing.
- AI (BYOK)You pay the provider
Bring your own Claude / OpenAI / Google key — you pay the provider directly, we add nothing. Your own key also lifts the free AI allowance (50 assistant messages a day, 100 scans and 60 voice notes a month) and unlocks the larger model.

Per business, in INR. The big figure is the list price. A partner code brings it to the early-bird price beneath it — half, or free on Solo — and codes come from Finocket partners and expire.
