Double-entry books
Real double-entry books your CA will accept
Underneath the simple daily flow is a proper double-entry engine: every invoice, payment and expense posts to the ledger, so your trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow are always current the moment you open them. This is the wedge that keeps your CA — you don't rip out Tally, you hand them a clean Tally-ready XML export and a permanent audit trail instead of a backup over AnyDesk.

The four financial statements, live
Trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow — each recomputed from your own invoices, payments and expenses for any period you pick, so they're never stale.
Keep your CA — Tally-ready XML export
Export any date range as a single Tally-Prime XML: your ledgers and parties (masters) plus your invoices, payments and expenses (vouchers). Your accountant keeps working in Tally; you stop sharing backups over AnyDesk.
Day Book & Cashbook
A chronological voucher feed and a Tally-style Cash / UPI / Bank / Cheque account view, grouped and totalled by day — with a Voucher / Ledger / Narration vocabulary toggle for Tally users.
A permanent audit trail (Rule 11g)
Every edit or deletion of an invoice, payment or expense is captured automatically — who changed it, when, and the full before-image. The log only grows, corrections are new entries, and it can never be switched off.
Outstanding, Statement of Account & payables
Receivables aged 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ per client, a per-client running-balance statement, and a Payables tab that ages what you owe suppliers the same way — each a clean CA-format PDF.
Reports dashboard, budgets & ratios
Cashflow, income vs expense, top clients, payments by mode and expenses by category, plus budget-vs-actual and financial ratios (profitability, liquidity, leverage, efficiency) — with a dense 'CA view' toggle and any date range.
Hand-to-CA ZIP + read-only invite
Roll a whole range into one ZIP — every invoice PDF, statements, Day Book, Outstanding and GSTR-1/3B — or invite your accountant as a read-only member who lands on a portfolio dashboard and can never Add / Edit / Delete.
