Everything people ask before they switch. Still stuck? The help centre has step-by-step guides.

Finocket is a mobile-first business platform that puts your books, CRM, outreach and partner commissions in one app — where the lead, the deal, the invoice and the payment are the same record. Individuals and salaried users get a personal-finance app instead (income, investments, net worth, 80C and tax-regime planning). You switch modules on and off to match how you work.

Individuals and salaried professionals, freelancers and consultants, SMEs and small businesses, agencies that run partner or affiliate programs, and the Chartered Accountants who file for them. It adapts to who you are at sign-up and any time after.

India is live today — GST (CGST/SGST/IGST), TDS, GSTR-1/3B and Hand-to-CA. Australia and the United States are in early access with real local invoicing built: Australia gets a proper Tax Invoice with ABN, 10% GST with GST-free lines, a PayID/BSB block and AUD by default; the US gets named sales-tax rates you define yourself (snapshotted per invoice — not automated tax lookup), terms presets with a net-7 nudge and USD by default — plus each region's outreach rules (Spam Act; CAN-SPAM/TCPA/CCPA with per-state quiet hours) and partner statement formats. Sign up now and pick your region under Profile → Business details.

Yes. Every optional area — GST, CRM, forms, outreach, partners, marketplaces, the API — is a switch in Settings. Your menus adapt instantly, your choice is saved to your account and shared with your team. New modules show an honest Available / Beta / Coming-soon status.

Those stop at the deal and never see the money without an integration project — and they charge team-sized, per-seat prices. Finocket's CRM lives inside your books: the deal card shows invoice and payment reality, the stage auto-advances when you get paid, and reporting is on collected revenue, not booked hope. It also enforces follow-up discipline — a next action on every deal, rotting indicators on stale stages, speed-to-lead alerts with one-tap first-touch intros, duplicate merge, multiple pipelines, custom fields and public booking links.

Yes. Send an EST-numbered estimate with a hosted accept page — your client accepts by typing their name, recorded with a timestamp, or declines with a reason — then convert it to an invoice in one tap. Any invoice can carry a payment schedule: a deposit percentage up front or custom milestones, and payment links, reminders and the client portal chase the next open installment automatically.

Reminder emails run on offsets you control with a tone that firms up over time and cancel themselves when the invoice is paid; automatic late fees (a monthly percentage that never compounds, or a one-time flat fee after grace) appear as an honest line item; every reminder carries the client-portal link with pay actions; and UPI Autopay on recurring retainers is in early access. Independent tools and studies report that online payments and shorter terms speed up collection — see the sources linked on our Why one tool page.

Yes. Single-tier programs with first-referral-wins attribution by link or per-partner coupon code (cookie-proof — entering the code on a client's invoice attributes the referral), a referee discount auto-applied to the referred client's first invoice, milestone bonuses with optional stepped-up rates, an append-only commission ledger that accrues on collected revenue with holds and clawbacks, a self-serve partner portal with a per-referral status timeline and an owner-authored share kit, a review queue that holds self-referral-flagged accruals out of payable until you decide, and monthly per-partner statements as Excel/CSV with tax details and uploaded documents on file plus TDS/GST worked out for your accountant. Finocket never moves money — your CA executes the payout.

Every message — 1:1, campaign or sequence — passes through one chokepoint that checks consent, the suppression list and jurisdiction rules before it can send; blocked sends are logged with the reason, and campaigns show you sent vs blocked counts. Sequences stop automatically when someone unsubscribes. One-click unsubscribe, an append-only consent ledger, data-subject export/delete/do-not-sell, and India/Australia/US rule packs — including US SMS quiet hours enforced from each recipient's state and local time — are built in.

Yes. Create a dynamic, trackable QR code that encodes a short redirect: print it once and repoint it to a new destination any time without reprinting — the printed code never deactivates. Every scan is counted and broken down by device and by day, and when a scan leads to a form submission the lead is attributed back to that code and its campaign, right inside your CRM. If you just need a plain code to download, the free QR generator works with no sign-up; the trackable, repointable codes live in the app.

Yes. Connect your own provider keys — Email (Resend and ZeptoMail today, with SES and SendGrid coming), WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API or 360dialog) and SMS (MSG91, Fast2SMS, Twilio or Plivo) — and campaigns go out on your own accounts and billing. Keys are stored encrypted per company or per user and never shown again, India DLT registration and WhatsApp template approval are checked before anything sends, and the same consent, suppression and quiet-hours chokepoint still decides what's allowed to leave. Set no key and Finocket's included sending is used, exactly as before — bring-your-own only changes the transport.

Three ways: a read-only CA invite that lands them on a portfolio dashboard across every client and cannot Add/Edit/Delete; one-tap CA-format PDF exports for Statement of Account, Day Book, Outstanding, GSTR-1/3B and TDS summary; and the Hand-to-CA ZIP that rolls a whole date range into one file.

Yes. Tap Scan a Bill, photograph the receipt, and Finocket reads the vendor, date, amount, GST split and GSTIN into a ready-to-save expense. The photo attaches privately to the expense.

Finocket is a Progressive Web App with offline-first sync. Add a payment with no signal; it queues locally and syncs when you're back. Install it to your home screen on Android or iPhone.

Yes to both. There's a versioned, scoped REST API covering clients, invoices, payments, expenses, items, stock, orders, financial-statement reports, companies and the full CRM, plus signed outbound webhooks. And an MCP endpoint lets an AI agent — Claude, ChatGPT or your own tools — actually work your books: ask 'what's my GST this month?' or 'who owes me the most?' and it answers from your live data, inside the company you point it at. It's all multi-company aware (an X-Company-Id header picks the company) and guarded by row-level security.

Yes. Add your own Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google AI key — at the company level so everyone shares it, or as a personal key just for you — and Finocket's AI features use it instead of the included AI. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again, and a Usage & activity screen shows exactly what your team's AI costs, broken down by person and feature. Set no key and the included AI is used, exactly as before.

No — that's the point. Finocket is the phone-native daily driver; your CA keeps working the way they do. Export any date range as a single Tally-Prime XML — your ledgers, parties and vouchers — and hand it over instead of a backup file over AnyDesk, or invite your accountant as a read-only member. There's no migration project: record new work in Finocket from today and keep your history where it is.

Yes. Turn on stock tracking for any product and Finocket keeps a live stock ledger with weighted-average cost — sales draw it down automatically, low-stock items flag before you run out, and per-product and total stock value stay current. Track batches with expiry dates and near-expiry alerts, store stock across multiple godowns with transfers, raise sales and purchase orders, and define a bill of materials with production runs. Closing Stock and COGS fold into your balance sheet and P&L. It's inventory as finance — no e-commerce platform or storefront lock-in.

Yes, from one login and one subscription. Add each business as a company with its own name, GSTIN and numbering series, and a one-tap switcher keeps their invoices, expenses, stock, reports and books fully apart. Your CA gets a read-only portfolio view across the whole group, and over the API each company is isolated by an X-Company-Id header.

Tools like PartnerStack, Rewardful or Tolt bolt onto your billing and move money to partners for a per-payout or 5–6% fee. Finocket accrues commission on revenue you actually collected, inside the same ledger as your books, and produces a monthly CA-ready statement with tax details, GST and TDS worked out — then your accountant executes the payout. The number that partners see always agrees with your books, and you never pay a money-movement middleman. Finocket never moves money itself.

No. Finocket is modular — you turn on only the areas you need and there's no per-seat CRM tax, no forced bundle and no yearly AMC to keep your data working. The books are free for solo users in India, and the CRM, outreach and partner scopes are free during early access; founder pricing is announced before billing ever switches on, and early users hear first. Contact sales for team and multi-country pricing.
