Delete your Finocket account
Finocket (by Demystify Systems LLP) lets you permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
- Open Finocket on the web, iOS, or Android and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account (Profile → Account if you are already signed in).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later. You can cancel any time within those 30 days by returning to the same screen.
- After 30 days, your account and data are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted
- Your profile, login, and authentication details.
- Your business and personal financial records — invoices, expenses, payments, clients, and reports.
- CRM contacts, deals, forms, and campaign data you created.
- Uploaded files such as receipt scans and documents.
- Notification tokens and device registrations.
What may be retained
We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records needed to meet statutory accounting and GST retention obligations, and minimal logs needed to prevent fraud and abuse. These are kept only for the legally required period and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can't sign in?
If you can no longer access your account, email grievance@dmstfy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request.
