You send business; the maths should never be a mystery. Your partner portal shows every referral’s journey to the rupee — accrued, held, eligible, paid — and your monthly statement downloads with the numbers locked.

Your first day
- Accept the program invite — your portal links itself to your sign-up.
- Share your referral link, coupon code or QR — attribution works even without cookies.
- Watch referred leads appear with their status; commission accrues only on collected revenue.
- Your portal opens on an activation checklist — terms, tax details, your rate share, bank details, and your first referral or deal — so you always know what is left before you can be paid.
If more than one person signs in for your firm
A firm keeps one set of earnings and one statement — a colleague’s login is another way in, never a second partner identity. What differs between seats is which screens each one can open:
- Owner or admin — everything: the commission ledger, statements, tax documents, payout details, promo codes and the rate card, alongside the shared lead board.
- Member — the shared lead board and outreach, the same as any other seat on the team. Money-management screens are not shown to a member — they stay with whoever the firm trusts to change what it is paid on.
Your Team screen always shows who currently has a seat and which of the two they hold.
Where to find the portal again
If you also use Finocket to run your own business, the portal is a separate place from your books — it belongs to your relationship with the business that invited you, not to your own workspace. You reach it two ways, and both are always there:
- The highlighted Partner portal button in the top bar, on a computer or tablet.
- More on a phone — it is the first thing in the sheet.
- Your account menu — the picture at the top right — at any size.
The portal deliberately does not show your own business's menus, and your business's menus do not show the portal's figures. They are two different sets of books and mixing them would put one business's numbers on another one's screen.
Your rhythm
Weekly — share your link, check attributed leads. Monthly — review accrued vs eligible, download your statement; the business’s CA executes the payout and your tax paperwork (TDS 194H in India, a recipient-created tax invoice — RCTI — in Australia, 1099-NEC in the US) is computed from the same ledger. Yearly — your annual totals are already on the statements; nothing to reconstruct.
If you partner with more than one business
One sign-in covers all of them. Your portal opens on one business at a time and tells you which — it stays on the same one each time you come back, rather than picking one at random. Balances, referrals and statements always belong to the business named at the top; nothing is pooled across them, because each has its own programme, its own rate and its own statement.
Switching between them from inside the portal is coming. Until then, the invite link from each business opens that business’s view.
What the portal does and does not show
The portal is yours, not a window into the business’s books. You see what you earned and the referrals behind it. You do not see their invoices, their other partners, their customers’ contact details, or the rest of their Finocket workspace — and by default customer names appear as initials rather than in full.
If your access is paused
A business can pause a partner at any time. When yours is paused, the portal stops showing referral links, coupons, attributed leads and balances — those close immediately, not at the end of the month. You can still sign in and reach your own profile and tax details, so you can see that it happened and put right whatever caused it.
Pausing affects access, not money already earned. Commission that accrued before the pause stays in the ledger and stays on the business’s statements; nothing is deleted and nothing is clawed back by pausing alone. Ask the business to lift the pause and your portal returns exactly as it was.
Taking a copy of your own record
You can download everything this business holds about you as a partner: what you referred, what you earned month by month, the statements you were paid on, and the terms you accepted with the date you accepted them.
Customers appear exactly as the business chose to show them to you — if you only ever saw initials, that is what the file contains. Their contact details are never included, because they are the business's data rather than yours. No other partner's figures appear either.
Amounts are in the smallest unit of the currency, so ₹500 reads as 50000 paise.
A free workspace of your own, if you qualify
If you sell or advise on Finocket itself — a reseller, a solution partner, or a Chartered Accountant — reaching the Authorized tier and accepting the current partner terms qualifies you for a free workspace on Finocket, at your own business, not a second account. A reseller or solution partner gets Business-tier software; a CA gets a Growth-tier practice workspace with 120 AI credits a month, on top of the client portfolio your CA login already carries. Nothing you pay for elsewhere is included — the software is free, the metered consumables are not.
The grant lasts 12 months and renews. If your partnership is paused for more than 30 days the workspace becomes read-only until it is lifted; if it ends, the workspace steps down to a paid plan 60 days later — with a full export of your own books offered first, from inside that workspace’s own Profile. Nothing in the workspace is ever deleted at any point in this — a lapsed grant only changes which plan the workspace runs on.
