Finocket installs from your browser and behaves like any other app on your phone: its own icon, instant launch, and home-screen shortcuts — with almost no storage used. It also keeps a queue, so a dead signal does not cost you the entry you were about to make.
The quickest way: get it from the store
Finocket is published on both stores, and installing from there is fewer taps than anything below:

You sign in with the same account either way, and you land in the same workspace with the same data. The browser install below is still worth knowing about — it is how you get Finocket onto a desktop, and onto a phone where you would rather not use a store account at all.
How do I install on Android (Chrome)?
- Open Finocket in Chrome and sign in.
- The first time, the dashboard shows an "Install Finocket on your home screen" card — tap Install.
- Or tap the ⋮ menu → Install app, or the install icon in the address bar.
- Finocket lands on your home screen. Long-press the icon for quick shortcuts: New payment, New expense, New invoice, and Chat with Finocket.
How do I install on iPhone (Safari)?
Safari has no one-tap install button, but the flow is still simple:
- Open Finocket in Safari (Safari is required on iOS — not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button (square with an arrow, bottom toolbar).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name and tap Add. Finocket appears as an app icon.
Finocket shows iPhone users an install hint once; dismiss it and it won't nag again.
How do I install on desktop (Chrome / Edge)?
Click the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor with a down arrow). Finocket launches as a standalone window without browser chrome — a dedicated books window.
What do I get by installing?
- Records with no signal. Expenses, payments, income, visits and clients you record in the lift, on the train or in a low-signal godown wait on the phone and go up on their own when you are back — see Settings → Offline sync for the queue. Invoices and journal entries need a connection, and so does reading figures you have already recorded.
- Opens instantly from its cached bundle — no tab loading.
- Home-screen shortcuts to the most common actions on Android.
- Matches your theme. The status bar follows your chosen theme (light, dark, midnight, sunset, forest).
If you fully lose connection on a page that isn't cached, Finocket shows a friendly offline page and reloads automatically the moment your connection returns.
How do I uninstall?
Long-press the Finocket icon → Uninstall (Android) or Remove (iOS / desktop). Your data stays safe on Finocket's servers — sign in from any browser to pick up where you left off.

Push notifications
Once Finocket is on your home screen you can be notified even when it is closed. Turn them on under Settings → Notifications, and choose exactly what you are alerted about:
- Invoices falling due, and invoices going overdue
- Payments received
- A morning summary of what is outstanding
On a phone, notifications need Finocket added to your home screen first — a browser tab cannot receive them.
