Your rhythm
All day — payments in, receipts out, new walk-ins added with just a name. End of day — the day book is already written; the owner sees collections without asking you for a count.
If the owner switches them on, two scheduled agents cover this counter: Counter cash versus UPI, which sets what the counter took yesterday against what actually reached the bank, and a Batch and expiry watch for stock nearing its date while there is still time to sell it. They read the same records you create and end in a notification — they never take a payment or message anybody.
