Setting a client's workspace up is the easy half. The half that decides whether they stay is what happens in the fortnight after — and until now you had no way to see it. Client setup health shows how far each workspace you created has got through its own setup checklist, so you know who to call first.

What the numbers mean
- Setup is a count of the steps the client has ticked off on their own checklist — 2 of 10 means they marked two done. It is their record of where they are, not our guess from their activity.
- Stuck on names the first step they have not done. That is the next thing to help them with, and it is usually the whole conversation.
- The pill beside the name is how recently anyone in that workspace opened Finocket. More than a week and it turns red.
- The three tiles at the top count your clients, how many have not moved in a week, and the average completion across all of them.
What you can see, and what you cannot
Setup progress and the date they signed up. That is the whole list.
You do not see their invoices, their customers, their bank, their books or their figures — not masked, not summarised, not in aggregate. A workspace you created is still theirs, and provisioning it does not make you a reader of it. The screen asks the database one narrow question and can only ever receive that one answer back.
Nudging a client
Nudge sends the client a notice inside Finocket pointing at the step they are stuck on. If they have opted into email notifications it goes by email as well; if they have not, it stays in-app only and the button tells you so — it reads Notifications off rather than pretending something was delivered.
- A client whose setup is complete cannot be nudged — the button is off.
- The button reports what actually happened: Nudged when it went out, Notifications off when nothing could be delivered, and Try again when the send itself failed.
Which clients appear here
Every workspace you provisioned through Client workspaces, whatever kind of partner you are. A referral affiliate who set one up is as entitled to see whether that client got stuck as a reseller is.
If you have not provisioned any yet the page says so and offers the wizard, rather than showing an empty table you cannot interpret.
