Every sale attributed to your link or code shows up here — what it was worth, what you earned on it, and where it stands: on hold, released, or paid. What it never shows is who the shopper was.
What is shown, and what is deliberately withheld
A shop can choose to show a shopper only as "a shopper" — never a name, never an email, phone, address or invoice number. That is not a missing feature: an affiliate is a promoter of the shop, not a party to the sale, and the platform never hands over a shopper's contact details to a third party by default.
- The sale amount and your commission on it — always visible.
- Whether it came through your link or your code.
- Its hold date and when it clears — a hold protects against a return, so it is never paid before that window closes.
Why a sale can disappear from this list
If a sale is returned within the shop's return window, the commission on it is reversed — a clawback — and the row reflects that rather than vanishing silently.
