When a partner or affiliate accepts your invitation, Finocket records which version of your terms they saw and a fingerprint of the exact text. That record is only worth something if you have published terms — this screen is where you do.

Where do I start?
Open Partners → Partner terms. If you have never published, the editor starts from a template written in plain language for a shop with its own affiliates: who may join, what counts as a sale, returns and clawback, self-purchase, where they may and may not promote, when and how they are paid, and how the arrangement ends.
What happens when I publish?
- The new version becomes what the next invitation shows. Nobody is emailed.
- A partner who accepts from then on has that version recorded against their acceptance.
- Partners who already accepted keep the version they accepted. Their record is never rewritten.
- Each version shows how many partners have accepted it, so you can see who is on older terms.
What does the partner see?
The invitation page shows the current terms in full above the Accept button, together with the rate, the hold and the link window from the programme. After accepting, they can re-read the version they agreed to from their portal.
Can I publish without terms at all?
You can invite partners before publishing terms — the acceptance simply records none. The screen says so plainly rather than pretending a blank is an agreement. For a programme that pays real commission on shop sales, publish first.
Who can publish?
Only the workspace owner. Terms are the document a commission dispute is settled against, so authoring them is narrower than editing a share-kit message.
