IGST is worked out for every customer, not just the ones with a GST number
Billing a customer in another state now charges IGST whether or not they have a GST number, which is what the law says. An unregistered customer used to be treated as local, leaving you to set IGST by hand.

A customer in your own state is still CGST + SGST, and one with no address on record falls back to your state, as the law provides.
A line can no longer carry CGST, SGST and IGST at once — setting one clears the other, and an invoice that still has both is refused with the reason.
Setting Place of supply by hand now re-works the tax on every line, so an invoice can't print one state and charge for another.

E-way bills and e-invoices keep their existing two-credit price and are unaffected by this change.

Signing in against the test environment looked exactly like the real thing while no code could ever arrive. It now says so plainly, and the screens that read your GST data have been corrected against the GST network's published interface.

After a sign-in code was sent, the wait before you could ask for another never ended on screen — the button stayed greyed out until you reloaded. It now counts down and re-enables itself.

When you are stopped for a reason with no clock, such as running out of attempts, no countdown is shown.

The GST portal code is accepted however the network phrases it
Asking for a GST portal sign-in code still failed, because we were checking for one exact wording of the network's approval. We now check that it did not report a problem, which is the part that is dependable.
A sign-in that genuinely fails is still refused, because a reported problem is what we check for.
If a reply still cannot be read, the message now names what came back so it can be diagnosed without another code being sent.

The GST portal code you receive is now accepted
The GST network was sending your sign-in code and replying that it had worked, and we were reading that reply as a failure. Requesting a code and confirming it both work now.
Entering the code now completes the sign-in rather than being turned away as though no session came back.

The GST portal sign-in reached the point of texting you a code and then stopped, because our request was missing something the GST network requires. It now completes.

The specimen number printed on every PAN form and in most documentation was being accepted as a real one. It is not a valid PAN, and it could have travelled as far as a TDS return.

Partner programmes usually start after the first customers have already arrived. You can now credit a partner with the businesses they actually brought you, even though those signups happened long before there was a referral link to click.
The businesses appear on that partner's own portal straight away, with their referral timeline.
A business can be credited to one partner only, and re-crediting it to someone else is refused rather than quietly moving it.
Crediting a partner does not pay them — the screen says so, and commission stays off until you switch it on.

Lead scores now stop at 100, and mean it
A lead could score above 100 on a scale every screen shows as 0–100, because the built-in rules add up to 110. Scores are now capped, and the working is still shown in full.
The points behind the score are still listed in full, so you can see when a lead earned more than the cap allows.
Grades stay where they were — anything from 75 up is still an A, and two leads that both maxed out now read the same.
Automatic lead assignment now offers only the two ways it actually works, instead of a third choice that quietly behaved like one of the others.

The Finocket mark that turns while a screen loads was sized to fill most of your display. It is now a loading indicator rather than a splash — most noticeably on a tablet, where it was largest.

Commission was a single flat percentage nobody could change without us. Now you set it yourself: a standard rate, different rates as a customer gets older, and worked examples in rupees before you commit.
Pay a different rate in year one, year two and year three onward — counted from each customer's own start.
'Show me what this pays' runs your policy against real amounts, names the rule behind each one, and only ever changes future payments.

An approved claim is protected for 90 days, and the clock starts when you approve rather than when they registered.
A partner told a prospect is unavailable is never told who holds it, so nobody can use your register to work out your pipeline.
A near-identical company name is sent to you to check instead of being refused, because refusing on a guess locks out an honest partner.
Partner activity now has daily and per-minute limits that fail safe, so one runaway script cannot claim a city.
The autonomy answers you gave now actually decide things
You could already tell the assistant what it may do on its own, one question at a time. Those answers were being stored and shown back to you — but nothing consulted them. They do now.
The refusal says which rule stopped it, so you can tell "your team switched this off" apart from "this is above your money limit" and fix the right one.
You can set a tighter money limit for one job than for the rest, so chasing an invoice and recording a payment need not share a ceiling.
Switching the assistant off for the whole workspace still overrides everything — no single answer can bring it back.
Filing an email to a customer's record can create that customer, so it now needs your answer on contacts as well as on pipeline.

A partner could be paid commission but could not be given a single lead to work. Now you can grant one pipeline at a time, decide exactly what they may do on it, and revoke it the moment you change your mind.
A partner you have paid can no longer be deleted by accident
Removing a partner used to take their entire commission history with them, silently. Now a partner who has earned anything can only be archived, and the record survives.
The last notification channel is switched on. It is deliberately limited to the two kinds where missing one has a deadline or a person attached, and it never overrides a choice you had already made.
Email is switched off for everything else on purpose, so the ones you do get are the ones worth opening.
You can turn email off per kind, in the same place you set the other channels.
If you had already muted a kind of notification, switching email on has not quietly un-muted it.

You can connect your GST filing provider
The filing settings screen showed a form nobody could fill in. It is live now: enter your provider's credentials, and we check them with the provider before saving anything.
Your key is verified with the provider before it is stored, so a wrong one is refused there and then rather than at your filing deadline.
Only the business owner can connect or remove these credentials, so an assistant sees the form read-only rather than a button that would fail.
GSTIN is optional here — your provider checks the key pair — and a GSTIN you do enter is validated before it is saved.
